In operation.
1.After starting the diesel generator set, check whether the diesel engine instrument indicator is normal, and whether the sound and vibration of the set are normal.
2.Regularly check the cleanliness of fuel, oil, cooling water and coolant, and check the diesel engine for abnormalities such as oil leakage and air leakage.
3.Observe whether the smoke color of the diesel engine is abnormal, the normal smoke color is slightly greenish gray. Such as dark blue should stop checking.
4. Regularly observe whether the instrumentation of the diesel generator set control panel is within the normal range, with or without
alarm indication, and regularly record the unit operating parameters.
Power off.
1.When the generator is turned off for an extended period of time or for maintenance, it should be removed from the negative battery cable.
2.In the cold winter, please cleanly release the engine coolant to avoidfreezing the engine block, etc., which may cause major failures. The diesel generator set can quickly determine the cause of the fault based on the fault information displayed in the controller. After the fault is removed, the unit protection system can be activated again.
